Interested in art? Learn how to see like an artist, through dynamic drawing and mindfulness practices. As we work through many short poses with intensive, playful drawing exercises, you will demolish your inhibitions about drawing.

Already an artist? Drawing and mindfulness practices will improve your work, regardless of medium or technique. Picasso and Dali, masters of the abstract, were also masters of drawing. Join us and hone your eye with solid, challenging drawing practice.
Materials: (Blick, Michaels)
* 3 x sharpened 3B/4B pencils
* 1 x enclosed sharpener
* 1 x newsprint pad 18x24” 50 pages or
* 1 x large sketch book (Strathmore 400 series Sketch, spiral 14x17” 100 pages)
Optional: A drawing board is helpful, but not necessary.
Sketching is generally done from the lap.
